Welcome to Dynamic Kitchen, Bath & Flooring! We are a small business located in Bakersfield California and will service Central California as well as Los Angeles County. Victor Payan Jr. is the owner of Dynamic Kitchen Bath & Flooring and has 20 years experience in construction. His passion for his craft was to help families make their vision into a reality. A home that his clients would be happy to walk into everyday.

He first started his company called Dynamic Renovation back in 2017. Victor loved the feeling of remodeling a kitchen, living room, bathroom, you name it he can make your vision come alive. The sense of accomplishment of making his client happy and the final outcome would fulfill his purpose.

After several years of renovating homes he wanted more for his clients. A place where he can help his clients design their space. He than opened his own showroom in 2023 called Dynamic Kitchen, Bath & Flooring. It's a beautiful place that has a little something for everyone. We offer what no one else in the area can, a team that can organize every step of your remodeling project from helping you design a layout and choose the perfect finishes to our own construction team that we will schedule for the project. In March of 2024 we partnered up with Louie Cebreros, owner of Ability Construction. They are experts in plumbing, electrical, painting, flooring and cabinetry. We can customize anything you put your mind to. We in house everything to reasure the quality of the product. Victor & Louie have big plans and this is only the start of something great. We are ready to help you every step of the way.
